About
Agency Transformation Live
The first event was in 2019 and was a big hit. In 2020 took the event online so as not to miss out on connecting with each other. It was a huge success, and we received tonnes of praise for creating an event that felt “in-person” despite being completely digital.
Now in 2025, due to popular demand, we believe it is time to get together in person. So much has changed, and now is the time to reflect on the past and plan for the future.
Remember 2019? Let’s do it again!

The venue
This venue is close to my heart. It’s been a part of our lives for many years including our wedding and family events with loved ones past and present.
The Rutland Suite is a wonderful space connected to it’s own business lounge and bar plus ample outdoor space to stretch our legs and get some air.
Should you decide to stay you may want to book an extra day and bring your significant other to enjoy the spa treatments that the Kettering Park Hotel & Spa have to offer. Lorem.

We meet in the Rutland Suite which includes a private business lounge, restrooms and a bar that will be open in the evening.

I am a freelancer/contractor. Is this event for me?
Yes, from freelancer to full team, the content of this event is focused on helping you get clarity on your business and prepare a plan for growth. You do not need a team of a physical office to benefit from this event. All are welcome!
I am nervous about Covid. What do you have in place at the event?
We understand that some people will feel nervous about mixing with others again. We will have the following in place:
- A badge system to notify people to maintain distance should you not wish for physical touch.
- Guests are free to wear masks without fear of judgement.
- We have ample outdoor room at the venue for conversations to be taken outside, or for you to get some space.
- Hand gel will be available on all tables, and in key locations throughout Rutland Suite and the Business Lounge.
Are you streaming the event?
No. This is a strictly in-person event only.

What happens if there is a lockdown?
As the UK is now “living with Covid”, we do not expect a lockdown to happen.
In the unlikely event one is called, or any other circumstance that would stop the event from taking place on the 10th/11th of November 2022, we will postpone the event and issue the new date as soon as we are able.
Like in 2020, we don’t know what the future holds, insurance companies don’t cover much nowadays, and we are too small to provide multiple numbers of refunds so our only option will be to reschedule. Please also see our refund FAQ and our Terms and Conditions.
What if I can't travel due to travel restrictions or localised lockdown?
If you cannot travel on the day to the venue we will happily exchange your ticket for the following year.
You can also transfer the ticket to another person to whom you would be able to charge. We would need 1 week’s notice before the event to update your ticket.

Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. You are able to transfer your ticket to others up to 7 days before the event. You can also swap your ticket for a service from Trailblazer FM of an equal value, or use it at a future event.
